Richard Costeloe, Founder
Richard is the founder of Casla and has years of B2B experience. With a background working in marketing and business development, he launched the agency to create a space where people could express themselves and create something from scratch.
When he isn’t battling with a spreadsheet or the LinkedIn Ads platform, you’ll find him putting in some questionable performances at 5-a-side football.
Millie Hurst, Head of Content & Design
Millie is an experienced copywriter who has been in the world of digital journalism for seven years. She previously wrote and edited for Homes & Gardens magazine, and a number of other homes titles. At Casla, Millie leads on our outbound messaging, content & design - as well as turning her interior design eye to the aesthetics of the events we run.
When she isn’t writing, you’ll find her at Sheffield running club Run Happy, cooking new recipes or hastily reading for her fortnightly book club.
Saskia Lewsley-Stier, Marketing and Business Development Coordinator
Linguistics graduate Saskia is loving getting stuck into the world of B2B, honing her skills in marketing and business development. Day to day, she helps across a range of client projects, with a particular focus on research, messaging and events.
Saskia is currently completing an MSc in Environmental Change and International Development, and is particularly interested in sustainable practices and B Corp businesses.
Our story
We launched in 2023 and work from our office at 32 Eyre St in Sheffield city centre. We believe the best outcomes arise when marketing is considered an end in itself. So our priority is always the experience people have when they come into contact with our marketing.
We champion long-termism and building approaches that will become more and more impactful over time. We believe that doing the basic things extraordinarily well consistently over time is the best path to tread.
